The Body-Solid Aluminum Curl Bar is compatible with any home gym or cable/pulley-based weight machine and is ideal for curls and various other exercises.
The bar is made of very strong, rust-resistant, and lightweight aluminum with a diameter of 31 mm. The knurled handles provide an excellent grip during intensive workouts, while the angled design ensures optimal contraction of the biceps and triceps.
