Description
PowerBlock's innovative design makes training so much easier. Where you previously needed a whole range of dumbbells, one set is now enough. The ease of changing weights means you can quickly select the right dumbbell for your workout.
PowerBlock dumbbells provide the capacity of a full dumbbell rack. This makes them incredibly space- and cost-effective. With their extremely robust construction, PowerBlocks will never let you down.
A PowerBlock consists of several parts that fit together, each with an increasing weight. These are clicked together with a heavy-duty double pin. This pin is attached to the handle of the middle section of the weights with a strong elastic band. You slide the pin between the weights to select a ??specific weight and attach it to the handle. Then you lift the selected weight with the weight handle and you can start your exercises. That's how easy an exercise can be!
Note: this set is NOT EXPANDABLE!
