With the Steelflex PL2400-BR, you train the external oblique muscles (musculus obliquus externus), the rectus abdominis (musculus rectus abdominis), and the thoracolumbar fascia. The machine combines back extensions and abdominal crunches in a single piece of equipment. Both exercises can be performed while seated, providing extra comfort and ease of use.
The side adjustment pin makes it easy to adjust the lower moving arm and perform various exercises. Thanks to the adjustable footrests, the torso can be trained both to the right and to the left.
